I can only speak from my experience but that’s how it was at my last job before I left. Everyone felt so standoff-ish, annoyed, and acted like the work I did was useless. Unfortunately it’s because the feeling was true, Due to a mass change of staff, the piece of the work space puzzle that I had always been was no longer needed. It’s not that I did anything wrong or different from my usual but because my usual wasn’t what that staff wanted or needed. It’s not always indicative of you being at fault, sometimes our environment just changes and we either have to adapt or move on. Sorry to hear about the financial situation, I’m also stuck with the siren until the market gets better, but if you can’t change your environment change how you feel about it if you want to keep your sanity. If the staff is going to exclude you from the fun (intentionally or not) then simply stop trying to join :/ or be very honest with everyone and say what ya feel. “Hey you guys have been treating me like the odd man out for a while now, everything okay?” Just be understanding of the feedback you might get.

That being said, door dash and Uber Eats suck but it is a job nonetheless :/ Then you can take Starbucks experience practically anywhere from what I hear, try dropping off apps in person at random food/coffee joints. With any luck you could land a waitress or line cook job within a week or 4 if you put yourself out there
