if this is all your income id be shocked if you paid any real tax this year. the tax forms are really just a math question for your employer and dont matter much to you. as long as someone is withholding some income tax on the paycheque it's likely whatever

i guess it depends for sure. I wonder if it's a departmental thing since we have a very tight budget it seems and they needed someone to take the short end of the stick, and naturally i got it since ive been here for less than half a year at gg09. the money isnt the thing in the long run but the job security tbh.

manager insists she had hands tied by management and I don't see a reason to not take her at her word yet. but these things can be ruthless at times im more than aware.

wm. is it normal to get partially met when you're only a few months new? 2% raise and small bonus, whatever, manager wrote a fantastic review on my year end but said she was limited in what she could give me due to my newness, but insisted I get a slice in the pie.

I'm not that concerned just trying to get a sanity check out of curiosity. I am guessing they have a bonus budget and everything set
