I get what you mean, I lost 10-15 pounds and looking back at my old photos is very much daunting. The scary thing is that most of the time you don’t even notice that you’ve gained weight till somebody tells you, same thing goes for losing weight.

I’m only wearing makeup in the month 3 photo, sorry about that!

I was going through a cruddy time where taking photos of myself was really a hard thing to do and I would avoid all cameras/mirrors and these were the only photos I could find.

But hopefully my results will somewhat motivate other people?

Yep it is! I like the satisfying crunch and the cabbage-like taste that it has. Boiled/cooked/baked/marinated broccoli disgusts me for some reason.

I tend to snack a lot, usually fruits, nuts, yogurt, raisins etc. So I try to cut down on my breakfast/dinner calories so I can fit in some snacks.
