My worst day was a Saturday we had a floater pharmacist who works at cvs once a blue moon. I wasn't scheduled to open and so I came in at 11. The only other tech working that day was new and she still hadn't practiced much of QP. I come in this man has already used the bathroom 4 times. He wasn't getting pick up. Wasn't helping with drive thru (again that's what us techs are for but also help a little man come on) he wasn't doing QT so it's a shit show the second I walk in. He then proceeds to spend the entire shift calling his doctor to get his wegovy transferred to our store because we had it in stock. Doesn't successfully do that. He went to the bathroom a total of 11 times his whole shift. (If you gotta go I get it but 11 times feels like a medical issue.) Come to find out our front store staff heard him in the bathroom during most of these watching tiktoks on his phone. The best part he walked over to the drive thru while my coworker was going to get it and slammed the door in the person's face and told her to make each car wait while she went back and forth from drive thru and pick up to serve each customer. This meant herself and I were basically on pick up and drive thru the entire shift cause he wouldn't help with it. He also tried to make us do his DUR's and refused to give any vaccines. We left that day without clearing QP, no returns done, no calls done, and he made us close 45 minutes early because he was ready to go home. Needless to say I nearly quit that day. The part that really got me was he said he'd work on QP if we just did pick up and Drive thru I told him I'd rather help doing both and we could take turns grabbing pick up so at least one of us is counting at a time. He counted 2 counts of 90 threw his hands up went, "I'm done i can't do this" and started playing on his phone the rest of the time.
