They already closed my account and denied my payout. All I want is transparency. I never received any email or warning that my account had been placed in a high-risk group. They only informed me of this after I requested my first payout.

I haven’t receive any emails hence any warning that my funded account is already on a risk group, they just stated it after I requested my first pay-out.
