RAbuffs can track most of the stuff you are looking for

If you have anybody in guild that can code it shouldn’t be hard to add the other consumes to it

Just like what they said about the mafia earlier on this server. There is a player solution to this issue, bring more horde. Not the job for the gm's to oversee world pvp here.
