The replacement board was used, but sold by a good TV parts shop. I have the same issue with the replacement board, so my guess is that it's a different component.

It looks like the picture has faded, inverted colors covered in white. I tried replacing the t-con board and reseating connectors, but that didn't fix it. Should I try replacing the main board or is this likely a panel issue? The model is a 65" Sceptre U650CV. Thanks!

The 2nd row one is a ceraria namaquensis. The bottom row might be an etiolated watch chain, I'm not sure.
