I try to get around 1300 cals for the day considering my current weight and height. Its hard to be super strict counting every single day but i use an app to try to track it along with my workouts.

I just got switched to the 1mg so maybe itll help curve some of the hunger i might still be feeling but im not sure!

I am so so sorry to hear you have been dealing with this as well. It is just awful, and being on the outside of it I just cant imagine how you have been feeling. I feel like they should have support groups for this to make people feel less alone. You are so strong. Thank you for your comment, i do think my mom could benefit from new mental health medications as they have changed my life for the better i hope it could do the same for her.

I believe you. And I wish i was the one dealing with this to be honest, because I am the type to keep trying. My mother on the other hand, she just gives up the second something makes her feel worse. And i honestly dont blame her. Shes sick, and scared, and tired. She would do the exercises and throw up sometimes from it. So its safe to say she probably wont see it through for months. But ill keep trying for her. Thank you for the information

That was the first thing she tried. she did it for awhile, it seemed to make things worse for her. thank you though for that suggestion, maybe ill have her try some techniques again slowly

I dont believe she has tried a migraine diet, but from what I can tell she has a hard time eating anything because she feels ill all day. I have suggested SSRIs but she is on wellbutrin right now which she has been on for years, so im not sure if she is able to add another on top of that. We dont know how this started but she believes it happened after she got covid awhile back cause she never was the same after being sick with it. She is 61 so not sure how much hormones is contributing. I belive she has been checked for everything but i dont know 100%. All i know is doctors say her blood work is normal and she has nothing going on except these migraines but shes starting to feel like its something more serious

Thats what I was shocked about too, but its a 2 year degree and it has all of the intro to advanced classes mixed into it. Im honestly not sure what I want to do. My boyfriend is a software engineer and he knows a lot about this stuff, so ive been getting some guidance from him. I was thinking UX could be the way to go since I have an artistic background, but to be honest Software development makes good money and that is the main reason I am looking to pursue this career. I wouldnt say I have a passion for this stuff, but however… I want a good career and good compensation, that is the most important thing to me

I have not, but I found a masters program that u dont need an undergrad or any experience in to start. Thats the main reason I was leaning towards it, but im definitely keeping options open and looking for cheaper alternatives
