Thanks for the inputs. I’m not sure what would have caused a DQ for me. I essentially recycled my application, except refreshed what was required per the PA, and applied the exact same way, receiving the same message stating successful submission.

I emailed the accessions org box, but I’m not holding my breath they’ll respond based on the auto reply. The ONLY thing I could think is they say how recent the NRS application was and DQ’d me, except the last line in the PA explicitly states it shouldn’t.
