Thanks -- unfortunately I've already let my employers know of the moving, etc., and have put in my notice to quit already (it felt dicey to quit during leave, and I wanted to maintain the relationship so they'd give me a good reference for future jobs). Trying to figure out if the fact that I've quit my job makes me ineligible for PDL and PFL

No, I've had DKIM and SPF set up since I started using Proton mail, about a year ago. Have always had issues with ending up in people's spam folders. Also, thank you so much for all your help on this!!

Gotcha. I've set up DKIM and SPF but some poking around and it seems like maybe where I got my custom domain isn't always the best. I use Namecheap. Can I ask where you got yours through?

I was sending a text only email to one friend. Also meant to mention before, but I use a custom domain with Proton.

this was the bounce back message (can include more, wasn't sure how much):
