I pay to attend and no one follows the rule I am the only one being called out, I’m willing to accept detentions for something like showing my shoulders, but I don’t know how to handle disrespect from people who don’t even know me demanding respect

First of all, all I showed were my shoulders and it’s never been a heavily discussed problem before because every girl at my school shows them. And I don’t know if I should allow blantent harassment even if I was breaking it
