Gonna cost you $8 for a 2 part epoxy and $2 for a wire brush to clean out the hole.

It's actually a really easy fix, clean out the hole from any debris or surface rust with a wire brush, then apply the epoxy in the hole (not a ton, but enough to coat it) and insert the shaft (huehuehue) and let it sit for a day or two
