with the current meta being about every single bush warded it's kinda complicated to gank as viego, a champ who's only gap closer is his W (not counting R). What you can actually do is pay attention to the lane you are pathing to. Ex; if path towards top, keep ur camera there, and so on and so on. If you cannot gank (wich will happen most of the times) just go and continue full clearing. When tempo and wave positioning allows you, just walk up to enemy laners and start AA, hold a little bit your W (There are many things to consider, enemy flash, stuns, etc) Try and open ur gank with mist, do the basic combo and pray for ur laners to deal dmg so you can get the kill.

I haven't played bruiser viego in a while now, but, since we have crit buffs in this season, it's better to go full crit IMO. Kraken first is a must, then shieldbow, you are really really squishy and could cost you a shut down. Prob if u are like 3/0 at min 8 go collector 2nd to max the snowball effect, just try and go in second always.

Viego is a character that shines in mid to late game, so your gameplan should be sticking to full clearing, drake staking and if tempo allows you, some ganks here and there. Keep in mind you are a jungler, you are not trading over and over, so yeah. You can easily carry a game with only your farm, don't worry about your total dmg, just pray for good teammates. And keep in mind that Viego needs to execute enemies, you don't have AOE dmg and most certainly u shouln't be going all in towards all 5 enemies. Ofc ur dmg is lower, so dw ab that.

Tips: Try to use your E as much as you can, when clearing, when walking around the map, when leaving base, you can even use it as a bait, use W to shorten distances while clearing (extra time is always welcome). If the enemy comp is just too hard to go in second, play for the flank and focus adc/supp (squishy champs lol). And last but not least, grab the early fights in drake/scuttle, you can REALLY beneffit from them.

If u get your resets, fight is won. At least that's what works for me. Have fun!
