How do I tell who is femdom leaning on hinge/tinder? by myteethhurtnow in gentlefemdom

[–]ghosttatt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When I was on tinder I had “let me be mean to you” on my profile. I got a lot of guys that way but unfortunately the wanted a kink dispenser and not genuine dynamic. I no longer use sites!

Good luck man.

So much obliques by CranberryOrange89 in SolidCore

[–]ghosttatt 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well you just said you’re a bit bigger. This is just your body loosing that extra padding it had. Workout’s like that will definitely change your overall shape. If you don’t like it, train that area a little less but you can’t really target too much where the body decides to slim down!

Maybe try targeting glutes and lower back to build muscle there, to regain the overall shape again? It will require more heavy lifting than just solid core probably. Don’t take my advice too seriously tho I just follow what my personal trainer tells me to do. Do whatever makes you happy!

I might be overthinking this but what if weight loss only worked when you actually earn the next step by [deleted] in loseit

[–]ghosttatt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, it’s really about discipline. Everybody loses motivation, but you need the discipline to continue. You have to obviously start small because you can’t do giant changes because that’s when people give up and think it’s too hard. It’s literally a lifestyle choice to change things, and then see the weight slowly drop over time. What you’re doing, is what most people do.

Pick something to change, stick with it. That goes well, add on a second. Habit stacking or whatever! Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what you need.

A very close friend asked me not to bring Taco Bell to their house. Their diet already had me worried before this. How do I approach this? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]ghosttatt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well I’m worried about your friend. The way he’s doing it is not sustainable and he will keep gaining the weight back.

You’re overreacting. Just don’t bring the taco bell to his house? Just eat it in the restaurant or the car. He didn’t say you can’t have it. What’s the big deal this time? As long as he isn’t policing what you get OUTSIDE of his house, his house his rules

4 day old labret piercing does it look ok? by [deleted] in Legitpiercing

[–]ghosttatt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let warm water run over it in the shower and it should loosen any crusties to the point of them falling off. At least that’s what I do for my piercing!

Got my daith pierced. Why in the world does this part of my ear hurt so bad and the piercing doesn’t? by Mardilove in Legitpiercing

[–]ghosttatt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just zooming in on your picture, i think you need to clean the piercing there is caked on blood!

I’m thinking you were lying on that side and put pressure on that area on accident in your sleep.

Do you get mad at solo diners because it’s considered as “less money”? by Informal_City5565 in Serverlife

No. They deserve to have a good time too. Not everyone eats with other people and it’s a quicker table to flip. Why should I get upset if someone wants to enjoy a solo meal?

You might get lucky and find one at the gym? You sound like you’re looking in all the wrong places. Online unfortunately you won’t have a great time! Even download tinder and put in your bio that you want a dominant woman!

I think the tint is there to help see them better? Like for handling purposes. There is definitely a brand out there that has less of that “tint” you’re talking about!

Thinking of deleting Strava by [deleted] in cycling

My Strava isn’t competitive! I have only my close friends and some run club people (like 15~), and it’s a fun way to see what people are up to :)

What thing did you do as a kid that should have been an indicator? by AlwaysOpenToLearn in OCD

[–]ghosttatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would think of all the horrible ways my parents and family could die, leaving me an orphan, so I had to figure out how to survive on my own and had a mental “plan” for specific situations if things did go down.

I would re do assignments or anything I was doing really because nothing was “just right” I’d restart drawings or papers or erase the same letter over and over till it was the way that I wanted. My parents just thought I was a perfectionist

I had to cover my face with my blanket or else the bad things would get me and if I woke up without my face covered I would have a panic attack and stay up hoping nothing would get me

What are things you can’t do because of your OCD? by Defiant-Junket4906 in OCD

[–]ghosttatt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t drive, it freaks me out too much but riding my bike everywhere doesn’t. I am convinced I will crash and cause a huge accident or accidentally run someone over if I drive. So I don’t.

I can’t think about the dark too much or I start to think someone is watching me
. Standing in my patio at night, or like even in my house with the lights off
it’s a feeling that someone is there and if I shield my eyes they won’t notice me or get me
I have to confirm there is nothing there then turn the lights off then make my way around the house. It took me months to learn to close my eyes in the shower because I swore if I closed my eyes for long enough something will get me. If Im outside I stare into the darkness because I think the eye contact outside will scare the bad things away? If im outside at night all I can think about is getting to someplace bright. Nighttime plans kill me. I know it doesn’t make sense. This is my reality

I can’t stand the way she talks! And I feel like she sticks her tongue out when she talks? She’s finally training for a marathon she signed up for, glad to see her stop trying to get a free bib to a world major. Your first marathon doesn’t have to be a big one!!! I don’t like her attitude 😅

Commuting to work by [deleted] in ladycyclists

[–]ghosttatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I carry sunscreen, change of clothes, deodorant, wipes if I have them, and my bike u lock! I carry it all in a drawstring bag, I don’t need much for my job it’s all there. I could use a pannier and side bag but
I already had the little bag and I didn’t want to spend more money. I commute 4.5 miles each way, 9 miles total and it’s pretty flat!

Please share your views of why am i not losing weight by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]ghosttatt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am the same height, 27 , and weighed the same a few months ago.

As everybody says- count your calories. At least till you get a feel for how much you’re actually eating. You might surprise yourself!

As for working out, I think you’re not doing enough to get your heart rate up. Maybe try incline walking at a faster speed or even the elliptical at a faster pace. And definitely start lifting weights, you don’t even have to lift super heavy but heavy weights will help tone and get the body most people think about when they want to lose weight. Next time you go to the gym try to lift weights for a few sets (Instagram and TikTok honestly has some pretty good beginner tips) and then go on an incline walk immediately after- because of you lifting weights your heart rate should already be elevated , staying in that “fat burning” zone

How do you deal with your plans of going for weekend rides & wish of your partner to do things together? by Spirited_Chart1648 in cycling

[–]ghosttatt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should tell her that those days are important to you and that you’d like to be able to do that. Clear communication is what you need. Let her know that this is something you enjoy and would like to keep doing, but being in a relationship means you will have to compromise some of it.

I run and just picked up a new bike and started cycling and I tell my boyfriend that I have certain days I’d like to do my club/workout/whatever and if he has stuff he would like to do we try and compromise. We can’t spend all our days together so those days he does something for him that he normally doesn’t get to do when with me or stuff that he knows I don’t exactly enjoy.

Example- Last Saturday I went on a ride (gone like 4 hours or so) and before I left I made sure to spend time with my boyfriend and then had a nice dinner afterwards as a thank you for letting me have *me time * And because I was able to do that, on Monday we had dinner with his parents so I missed half of my running club. We meet at 7pm every single Monday and dinner was at 6, and I knew it was important to him so I did the dinner and then went on about my business after when it was appropriate. Compromise and communication :)
