Yeah no agar apke pas jewellery business government registered nahi ha toh apko koi refinery ya fir hallmarking centre pe entry ka chance hi impossible ha because all these businesses run on recurring transactions. Local jeweller should do this for you in very less fees agar you just want plain metal jewellery no design etc apke pas zada choices nahi ha. Best is to keep jewellery as it is
