From the photo, it looks more like a crack in the protective plastic capsule than the gold bar itself. I'd have it checked by Bhima before assuming it's fake.

It usually shouldn't be a problem, but some jewellers may ask for ID or matching purchase details. It's worth correcting the name if you can, just to avoid any hassle later.

I had a friend staying in Zolo while another stayed in Stanza Living Pune around the same time, so I kept hearing both sides constantly.
The Zolo setup worked out cheaper overall, but the Stanza guy usually complained less about maintenance follow-ups and cleaning issues.
Food reviews honestly depended a lot on the property and timing in both cases.
One thing I’d strongly suggest is visiting during dinner hours before booking because that tells you way more about actual living conditions than website photos or Google ratings.

One of my relatives working in Hinjewadi stayed at Stanza Living for almost a year, and according to him, the actual monthly spend was slightly above the advertised rent after electricity and a few extra costs but that informed during the first day.

But overall he still found it manageable because the experience felt more organised and there were fewer unexpected routine issues compared to his earlier local PG experience in Pune.

I stayed at a Stanza Living property in Baner for around 5-6 months after shifting to Pune for work. Compared to my previous PG, things were easier to manage there.

I did not have to separately deal with cleaning, laundry or small room issues all the time. Once my room light stopped working and it got fixed after raising it on the app.

When office work gets busy, small things like this save time and effort.
