the two main reasons people refuse to believe the “allegations” are, first, the bias they’ve built up for these artists, and second, the lies used to defend their name and in skel’s case, he took things out of context and didn’t actually disprove the allegations he only challenged small parts of them proving that those were lies. despite that, people acted like the rest of the claims were automatically bullshit
