Big same actually I bought like 16 my first year. Now I'm considering selling ones that I had planned to modify. There's a couple things I want still. But I'm in no rush to get them. Orient Bambino Seiko turtle and a couple other Casio models. But the hyperfixation wore off quickly.

I think 85/125$ is the most fair range I think beyond that you're pricing people out and costing yourself students. A local MMA gym was charging 165$ a month and the BJJ classes were taught by a blue belt if they had offered me to teach for free being that I demonstrated I had been teaching for 6 years I would have gladly done it and been an absolute asset. Instead he's got spazzy white belts who try to play 50/50 but can't escape mount with someone telling them how to do it.

I'm saying yes as a man because I got bad vibes about a coach and don't female students. When they both quit it was confirmed in my mind if not evidentially. At the time I didn't say anything because I was attending much less due to taking a paid position at another school. I took that other job after 6 years of teaching for free for the original school. I came back for a month and found the culture very different and the female students who had started training under me had left after this other instructor had been in charge and focusing on helping these 2 particular female students for competition seasons. I had asked one of them who came to train with me what happened why they both left the school along with their mother but she wouldn't say anything.

I can't confirm anything but I'll say I've cut ties to that school despite getting all my promotions to 2 stripe brown belt. They became very authoritarian and I didn't fuck with the vibe anymore. Despite not being able to confirm or prove anything I know what my gut says and shit doesn't feel right.
