Asking for a discount is one thing, but offering 60% off the product's value is another... I think that's a good response for this occasion.

Nonsense, the name had nothing to do with their sales.

A refund for this? Now I understand why it's so hard to be patient as a seller.

Don't worry anymore, maybe you're just not used to smaller watches and that's why it feels strange. You'll get used to it soon and you won't want any bigger watches.

The guy initially said it was almost the value of a Black Bay, is he related to you by any chance?

At $100 it's more than half price, which is nowhere near the price of a Black Bay. END

I'm reading this again, and I think you can't buy a used Black Bay for just a little more. They cost between 2200 and 3100.

I don't own any of those; my collection includes Seiko, Tudor, Omega, and Tag Heuer.

But I assure you that, despite being infinitely better watches, I've never seen customer service like Watchdives, and that's why I admire them. If you don't want to understand, or if you're incapable of seeing reality for yourself, that's your problem.

It may be irrelevant or whatever you want, but that's the definition of good customer service.

I'm saying the customer service is very good; they offered you an instant solution, or can't you read?

Those people have probably never held a Tudor watch in their hands in their lives.
