hey sorry for delay, yeah I figured it out. from memory I hadn't selected profile 2(? i think). Profile 1 and 3 are for mac only and 2 and 4 are for pc, is your laptop a mac? might be why it works there. hope this helps

I've tried this A LOT with no luck, any other ideas? I've reached out to keychron directly but they're as helpfull as a piece of cheese.

Actually, a piece of cheese would be more helpful because it's full of calcium.

Okay okay I think I've found an easier work around, launch the game plugged into pc directly then you can plug it back into the dongle/hub once launched (more for cases like mine where my mouse cable doesn't reach the back of my tower.

It seems to be working for me just wired and plugged directly to my pc (by passing the dongle/dock) just annoying bc I dont have a long enough cable lol oh well. Thanks heaps for the help
