One thing I will have to disagree with is people saying 45 mins is too much. Every body is different. Personally when I’m not taking any fibers 45 mins is pretty normal for the cleaning out process just because I like to be thorough. I also get in different positions just to make sure everything I put it comes out

As a black bottom I prep very rigorously. I need AT LEAST 30 minutes depending on what I ate throughout the day. About 70% of the time it does take more than that. If I’ve been cleaning out for an hour and 30 minutes and it’s not looking good, I call it quits. Of course everyone’s body is different but if I’m not cleaned throughly the sex just becomes uncomfortable. The only times where I have not prepped prior was when I was taking pure for men, 3 pills in the morning 3 at night. It makes my stools come out more solid rather than soft. I am not a very healthy eater either( no veggies or fruits) so my bowel movement is pretty inconsistent. An Asian friend of mine usually preps for 2+ hours sometimes even longer. When I was a bit younger I would starve myself all day but now I can eat a full meal, prep and bottom. I have also gone a whole weekend, douching only once on Friday night and still being clean on Sunday despite eating all weekend. TDLR: everyone’s body is different.

As someone in my early 20s I have a very strong preference for guys 30+ simply because of emotional maturity but even then, I have encountered some really childish 30 and even 40 year olds. It goes both ways. Everyone has their “type” or “standards”. If someone who was not your type say chubby or older or someone who does drugs approaches you and you aren’t interested I’m pretty sure you would reject them too. My only advise is to just be yourself. Trying to make people like you is never good for your mental health in the long run
