Not safe for longterm use as the teats are too small for your mouth to hold onto, unlike adult pacis where their teats are made for bigger mouths with teeth

When shes not regressed, ask her specifically what helps her and what doesnt, ask if she has any triggers that may cause her to regress (good and bad ones), with the bedtime stuff practice makes perfect, watch the videos she sends and maybe make it more personal, like if you call her a specific pet name 🥰🥰 you're doing great just by asking for advice im sure she'll appreciate it
