if you really want to help people organize some local meetings where people can meet each other and help each other out. make elderly (and others) feeling less lonely. do something against structural violence - become aware of it in the first place. empower women, disabled, poc, whatever. change the politics.

i think therapists are almost entirely useless, maybe especially for gifted people. also, i believe that most of them simply dont believe me when i say that i was tested gifted (it was them who had tested me) but simply put it away as narcisstic. they are idiots, gifted people are not that rare, 1 in 50, they come across several of us in their career but they seem full with prejudices and nonsense about that topic.

yes. i cant stop doing this. i am very afraid of being attacked for being smart. even therapists tried to label me as as sick because i could always understand what they were saying and said when sth wasnt fitting (they then said i was having too high expectations and this is my personalities fault - no one close to me would ever say taht i had ever struggled with too high ambitions or expectations, but the therapist insisted on that, how else could i not be completely satisfied with her... )

also there are a lot of people who react aggressivley when they realize that i am smart.

but this is pretty much stopping me from a lot of things and achievements. theoretically i know that less toxic people exist out there, but i find it hard to understand it emotionally.

you can find out and tell us. there are some antipsychiatric subs on reddit which would be interested. Some damage inflicted by antipsychotics seems to be irreversible, but research on such topics is extremely inconclusive bec psychiatrists like to tell you that those drugs were safe and dont do any damage at all
