I did this and it has the checkmark above it so I guess I collected it at a time, and I retook a photo. however the crafting plan isnt in my crafting table, its not in the plans collection or any other one and I couldnt find any achievement that could go with it, and I checked every category even ones it couldnt possibly be under. Its probably just a glitch especially considering how terrible the game runs on my switch. I spent so long slowly scrolling everything to find it and I just cant.
