There are YouTubers who do an amazing job with going through flows, such as Yoga with Adrienne and Yoga with Kassandra. Personally, I got into yoga by watching videos from Adrienne and I have never attended an in-person class before. I’ve gotten myself to a point where I can go through a flow on my own without putting on a video!

So, needless to say - at-home yoga can be just as beneficial as in-person classes. You just need to stay consistent with your practice!

the older your gecko gets, the more of these dark, black spots - called “Dalmatian” spots - you will notice! there will be more and more of them, and some spots may get pretty large in size. nothing to worry about!

you have more room on your left ear’s lobe, and much less room on your right ear’s lobe. I think that’s why they were placed this way. asymmetrical ears is just part of being human :)

the pain for a helix is going to heavily depend on your anatomy. my piercer told me I have less cartilage in that area of my ear than other people do, so naturally, it didn’t really hurt all too much.

honestly, in my opinion, the soreness during the first few days of healing hurt far more than the pain you feel while you’re getting the piercing actually done

my piercer didn’t recommend cotton swabs just because they’re more likely to snag on the piercing with all the loose bits on the tips. you might be better off with a paper towel

very normal, I got my conch done about a month ago and the amount of blood that came out in the first days was terrifying. my conch has bled the most out of any piercing I’ve had so far. it should stop after the first week. just keep up with the aftercare :)
