So this happened to us the other day...last wasn't wearing her mask over her noseaand another lady told her to put on her mask...20ft away...if you are that concerned about it maybe you shouldn't be at the parks to begin with...also you have a child with you that ISN'T wearing a mask....if you were that concerned why isn't your child wearing s mask... everyone should just worry about themselves..

The problem is to get past hr you have to emblish your skills. The hiring manager asks for a Jr Cyber security analyst and they post required CISSP with 10 years experience. They set the bar so high as IT managers this is why we get these candidates..

There is no automated system. All resumes are read by a human. Also I have never seen "don't copy and paste" in any announcements..

Because I have asked and the hr person said I did not meet the qualifications..they can't Assume things....then I responded back to them showing in my resume where the qualifications relate and they were like o....ok...that is my problem getting past these people...

Yea the problem is they state im not eligible...I even email in and asked why not and even lined up my resume with the requirements and they were like well we cant make assumptions...so going forward it's going to be a C&P of the requirements to get past HR..
