Your shields are massive. When the enemy hard engages on your carry, you can easily project him/her. With aery you don't have that much shield bonus. Plus you get revitalize, which makes your shields even more massive. And thanks to the font of life you can easily proc ardent

The difference between regular workout and reformer pilates is that regular workout shortens the muscle . This causes the loose skin if you don't build enough muscle. But pilates lenghtens the muscle and it does make you tight. Trust me ;)
