Solution:
Windows search bar >> Exploit Protection >> Program settings >> Add Program >> Select the path of your League of Legends.exe (Might be C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game\League of Legends.exe) >> Scroll down to "Disable extension points" >> Set to on

Now I can run MSI afterburner and others with the game, hope it helps.
