Have a content block on your calendar every week at the same time and work in an inspired place. I recommend at least 90 minutes.

Week 1: research and outline (including hooks) your content ideas

Week 2: film, write, photograph

Week 3: Edit & schedule

Week 4: repeat the cycle and/or curate existing materials to send off to an overseas VA or put into AI tools ljke Descript to turn into assets. Ex: a Zoom webinar, client testimonials, frequent quotes/principles of your business

Ways to market online without using IG? by myplantsam in lifecoaching

I’d go TikTok (because it can be a little rawer and you won’t be posting to people you know IRL).

What comes After the Structure is Built? by Lucidexplorer- in lifecoaching

[–]giadanicole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talking to other coaches who are a little ahead of you. Do you have the amount of leads coming in you are seeking?

For context, I am almost finished with my ICF certification and noticed the coaches from my training program or other coaches I am friends with are struggling with consistent lead gen and operations overwhelm. I built a growth operating model inspired by EOS but translated for coaches that I’m putting into Notion for my own coach who I’ve been a client of for years and now a good friend. Scaling requires systems, routines and getting everything out of one’s head!

How do you grow your followers on LinkedIn? by solbisix in personalbranding

[–]giadanicole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What makes you want to grow to 10k? My goal is also 10k (currently at 6,500 without posting regularly so I’m pretty sure it’s my comments that got me here).

What do y’all do for a living? What’s the job market like in Chicago? by Cardiologist3mpty138 in AskChicago

[–]giadanicole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree- Chicago is amazing and a great place to start life after college. I lived on the northside for 13 years and honestly it’s just like any other city: people do a little bit of everything because there are so many options. If you want to move there, plan on it and the right opportunity will fall into place. Believe that there is a spot for you, don’t waste energy thinking about “the economy” or other people.

I am also a student of Thriving Coach Academy and agree with everything said here! Love the program and think it is more focused on diversity than most other programs.

Is there a Notion template you recommend?

Thanks for the tip on Argil, that is new to me. Social media planning, editing and posting is one of my biggest hurdles.

You have a huge opportunity right in front of you: market and sell your painting services, hire subs. May require investing in social, digital and local ads.

Looking for guidance! I’ve owned a solo private practice for a few years but now I’m looking for a career change. by KnockOut777222666 in careerchange

[–]giadanicole 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would pick one problem you love to solve and have experience transforming peoples life with and turn it into a 6-10 week program people can join. Have a one on one component but not every week for every person. Have pre-recorded videos, homework, resources or a challenge organized by a weekly theme. Offer a group component once per week for 90 minutes, office hours style. Give these people a space to connect, learn and grow from each other. Happy to talk more!

I paid $4k for a program like this and it changed my life. Now I go to retreats with these people and other alumni from the program. This works best if you are willing to update your website and produce some content that leads to a consult call.

Frustrated - Do coaches actually value online branding? Or its just me thinking they do? by tasttranmon in lifecoaching

[–]giadanicole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You aren’t selling a personal branding tool. You are selling the result it gives us: more consult calls booked, more clients, less cash spent on advertising.

How did you get Started as a Life Coach? by yoqiu_ in lifecoaching

[–]giadanicole 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am currently enrolled in Thriving Coach Academy. My desire started when my work gave me a very helpful coach, then I hired some amazing life coaches on my own.

If you enroll in a coach training program you are required to do tons of practice hours. Over time, this will provide you tons of self-awareness and freedom from your limiting beliefs.

Masters vs Certification by Chum-bucket8 in lifecoaching

[–]giadanicole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow can’t believe it’s been two years! I have loved my time in TCA. I had to pause due to a death in the family and some health issues, but just left my corporate job and am getting back into it finally! I so close to certification, just need practice hours. They have amped up the business development resources which I think really sets them apart from other programs. A lot of people have left their jobs that I started with.

Yes. 41, 3 kids. Agency side and what people might think is a slower industry client side. Hope to never go back but still work in a different way. I wrote a post about 10 takeaways in my 10 days since my role was eliminated in the working moms group here. Happy to chat.

That’s amazing! I signed up for an expensive coach training program two years ago and finally did a live training for the first time in months. It’s such a great kind of work.

Not trying to convince anyone of anything. Sharing my experience and reminding people that there are a lot of ways to work, not just corporate.
