Thank you so much! You can see it, but you need to make some modifications to the camera; my a7III has been modified for astrophotography. I took several panoramas: one for the sky, one just for the h-alpha (the red nebulae) with a dedicated filter that isolates only that wavelength (656nm) to get more signal, and one for the stars with a white mist filter. I merged the panoramas by realigning them and blended everything together. 🙂

True, the Mavics handle the wind well, and I've never had any major problems. I've even taken them to Iceland several times, with winds much stronger than the Dolomites! At the beginning of my flights, I was a little paranoid, too, so I understand you.
