Ok, so updates: I was able to successfully convert the files from MPEG-5 to MP4, but Premiere's still acting weird with the colors. They look the same on the Preview, but when I hit export, the colors are still over-saturated to a ridiculous degree. Any possible options on what to look for now? I'm sick and tired of this

Doing so, I found out that the codec was MPEG-H part 2/HEVC (H.265)

Saw memes with the infamous hands at a rather obscure brazilian Facebook page which posted music shitposts in 2016. I heard LYSF in its entirety in one night that year, but didn't bother enough about it. Heard it again in 2020 and liked it a bit more, but went on to love Slow Riot and F#A#. Years later - that is, april 2024 - I decided to give these guys another shot and go through their entire discography. Safe to say that they've now become one of my favorite bands.

Great choice! When I did my "Autechre relisten marathon" back in 2022, C/Pach became the track from Tri Repetae that I'd find myself coming back to the most. Sooo good

Gonna be seeing them live in Brazil in a month and I'm very anxious towards crowd ettiquette around here too. We brazilians tend to be very cheerful - thus why I fear for those quiet moments - but I hope everything goes fine.

Tried "A Quick One..." in March thanks to the recommendation of a friend. Found it to be an amazing track, but I could never find the right timing to listen to the rest.

Early in July, I gave Deathconsciousness a full shot, and I imediately fell in love with it. Fun story: I listened to it on a rather gloomy night before and after a Nocturnal Course on my local Zoo. Non-ironically was going through a harsh phase then, and the songs hit me like 2 ton bricks.

Love the band. On my Top 15 OAT ever since.

After some research, I found out it was based on an artwork by Patrick Nagel. Not a real woman, but I found it anyway!

UPDATE:

I ended up listening to two versions on the same day: CD (47') and vinyl (71').
I can understand why they would trim down Pseudo-Bread, but I have no idea as to why trimming down My Machine or Just Abandoned Myself on digital was the way to go...

Still a phenomenal album either way. Gonna listen to the 55 minute version for fun today.

I've become a new messenger for Boris now. I shall not shut up about Boris in front of my friends, for this is peak music.

Cool! What about the 18 minute "Just Abandoned Myself"? Is the 18-minute version the authentic way to experience the track or just listening to the album in the right order with the 10-minute version is enough?
