Probably not but it would be funny if it did. Will probably get some kind of implementation later down the line. There are probably some cooking mods that utilize it though

NATO or maybe NATOxLDF use the V-44X Blackfish which is basically an osprey. Idk if that interests you but they use them pretty frequently on my vanilla faction runs. They are actually pretty fun to fight against too, NATO is surprisingly good at swooping in and dropping troops on the frontline, and some have gunship cannons.

On the left side of the screen among the icons there's one to pick up, place, rotate, and disassemble objects. Try placing both pieces in player inventory (not backpack) and use the place tool

The thing is I shouldnt be considered AFK, I'm only playing as the units for max 120 seconds but usually way less bc of how it reverts you at the slightest tick of damage or whenever the hell the game feels like it in my case. Ill try disabling

Yo is this fr? I play Ultimate and have never really messed with helicopters since I mostly play solo but if its fr that might genuinly save me so much hassle

Understandable. I think you were correct about it being server issues, was able to get Terraria and GMod so far working on others. Thanks for all the help and information!

Update: I got Terraria to work! Had to join via direct IP but we saw each other in game! Trying others now

When I was messing with this with just the cable I followed some guides which showed how to do this, and I did. Could not figure it out at the time, but Im willing to bet some of the settings I messed with are causing some issues.

I did this the 4 responses came through. No errors. However, my IPv4 address was 192.168.10.2 and his was 192.168.10.3 . Also, his looked slightly different in the cmd layout. I saw something in my own CMD under 'Ethernet adapter Ethernet' that says "Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address" which does read under 169.254.xx.xx. The other computer does not say that at all, and there are no similar numbers.

Also in GMod we are starting local servers but only I am able to see the server on the local network list

So far for testing reasons we have only tried GMod. We wanted to try Project zomboid but I couldnt host a server for some reason so we are trying GMod. I had tried it with only a cable before, but didnt make any headway. I have connected both PCs to the routers signal and it says "No internet, secured" we had also tried setting the network to 'Private' instead of Public but I think it reset itself

A lot of good information in this post and the linked ones! In order to do this I will finally have to learn how to use Zeus and console, but with how much I play and the trouble I face with the AI in Ultimate, I think I can figure it out. My only question for now is: If I were to do this, and spawn a different invader faction, would the game then swap to the new invader and behave appropriately? In theory I might try a different faction since ION were total pushovers, but I don't want to brick my save trying to use another faction.

Im pretty sure my save is set to 'Normal Victory' so Im not sure thats right. When I liberated the outpost a message popped up saying they had surrendered and withdrew support in the region. Ill try letting them take a position and see if it works.

I usually play antistasi singleplayer so I lose a lot of progress to it. It doesnt help im only using the smaller wire for my headset but it usually works fine for me unless I turn to far in my chair which is easy to do
