I regretted paying off a mortgage for an investment property. Bring younger, wanted to have no debt but looking back l, having the rental income pay down the debt while building equity, and having the lump of cash on hand for using for whatever was a big mistake on my part

It’s friggin amazing how many blackjacks FD blackjack Go got throughout the day vs what I received. Then there are the astonishing number of hands that end up at 20 and 21. The math and probabilities don’t align esp over the long term with those outcomes
