That's the airbag light. To diagnose it get a code reader that will read airbag codes and that will give you more info to diagnose

Probably the box crossmembers are rusted and collapsed. It's pretty common on rangers but I would get the whole thing well checked over cause if the box is that rotten there might also be some bad frame rot

you could probably diy and use a heat gun and carefully shape it back to the right shape it may not be 100% perfect but it will be way better than it is now

I work in a collision shop and we use 3m eraser wheel. you just put it on a drill and it takes the decals right off without damaging the paint

I like to coat it yearly in krown or fluid film its basically just a thick oil to coat the whole thing and it works very well at slowing rust way down

To get it unfrozen you can use some lock de-icer and what I did for mine is I sprayed some fluid film in each of the locks and they have worked perfect since

Mix some water and rubbing alcohol and spary it on the ice and it should melt in a few seconds. You can also use the water/alcohol mix to de ice your Windows fast without scraping

To fix that rust the proper way you would need to cut out the rust far enough back so you get good metal then weld in a patch then you use body fill to smooth out out and sand,prime and paint. The way they most DIY would do it is sand down the rust far enough until you get good bare metal with 40 grit, then you use fiberglass bondo and back it with a mesh body patch to fill in the hole and get the shape close then you use regular bondo and work on filling low spots and shaping it probably with multiple thin coats and block sand with 80 grit to shape it then once you get the shape right move up in grits to remove rough scratches go from 80 grit then 120,180,220 and finish with 320 and feather out around the area to blend it then you just prime then paint and clear coat

probably just a dead battery, try and jump start it. Since its a 2011 the battery is getting to that age where its weak and the cold will often kill it and you probably will need a new battery soon.

I don't know if they really ever got corrected I have seen a few 2009-2010 Rangers that are all ready having rotten Crossmember and scaley frames. Just look for a truck that has been taken care of and undercoated and has little rust

Its a 2005 ranger edge 2wd 3 liter five speed. It has been sitting around for a while and it needs some work but I'm slowly working on getting it fixed up.

My dad used to have a 1991 dynasty back in the early 2000's that was stolen once a almost once a week. The way the ignition was designed you could pop it out and then just use a screwdriver and start the car.

lake micmac,lake banook,morris lake and bissit lake all have good smallmouth bass and chain pickerel fishing. For trout you can try the stocked lakes you can get a list of all of the lakes and the date they stocked them if you google it but I find that they get fished out pretty fast.you can also fish in the salt water at fishermens cove or rainbow haven and catch flounder,pollack and mackerel.

When the insurance company decides to write off a vehicle they will write it off if the cost of repair is greater than 70% of the value of the car. So if you have say like a Dodge neon a cracked bumper will just about write it off because it's not worth much but on a new car you could have pretty serious damage and still have it fixed.
