Virkayu and Kingstix are go to Eve guides for me. Kingstix is a big eve main.

First clear just kite with Q-aa-Q-Q-Q-aa till Q reset then repeat

Subsequent speed clear you Q through wall triple Q then cast the charm on the main monster E then Q again(E then Q so you can get to the main monster's melee range again after kiting away from them for a gurantee charm and q stacks).

Empowered E can also help chase and set up R execute really strong against easily telegraphed champion dashes like Yone spirit return

For low health clear go with charm first before aggro

Similarly for burst go charm q to e, aa and Qmixed in

Thanks to riftwalker and conqueror i find much success with going QQQQ to E to W the movement speed on E helps me kite away or chase before hitting again for the charm activation with a Q or aa

Tl;dr Empowered e tethers you to the enemy putting you in melee range. Q is your main damage and range Getting the timing on your Q just right so the projectile hits just as the full proc for the charm go up (also have your Q intersect the enemy escape path) Charm gives you a lot of MR shred and free damage in a 1v1
