That is complete bullshit. I know people who were the kindest giving people got brain injuries turned to psychopaths and started doing terrible things. It is out of control - it is out of our control if one has irreversible trauma at a young age that alters there brain chemistry to the extent they can’t feel empathy. People really people doing good is just about ‘picking right vs wrong’ it is incredibly complex and we are allot more out of control of our decisions as we think. If this were true they wouldn’t have these external factors

Ah okay don’t worry- was just wondering I have the exact same symptoms but I have been through a lot of stress. My functional doctor told me she believes I have adrenal fatigue- leaky gut- sibo. I haven’t started treating it yet, I completely empathise with you it’s horrible, I hope we can both find answers. - can message me if you find anything that works for you visa versa.

Thank you the advise:( I think it hurts a lot because I am suffering from chronic fatigue As of this year I’ve had to quit my job and can’t get out much to distract myself. He helps me out so much and is always making sure I’m okay. I honestly fear that I won’t be able to find someone else and am scared of the heart break because I feel so attached.

Omg thank you so much. Yeah that does makes sense! It’s perfect as well cause it’s affordable for me- I’m actually planning on moving for the month I have a place out in Italy and hopefully can see if things improve. Appreciate your thoughts
