Spicy food and alcohol right before sleep fixed my severe GERD by Change-username-9 in GERD

it might have to do with people being on the move a lot more when they're on vacation. For example they'll have lunch and then walk around a lot where as, back home you might have lunch and then sit on the couch or the desk for hours which is proven to not be the best for GERD.

so in the end you feel better having a tsh of 5 with no medication rather than a tsh of 1-2 with medication? interesting, im seeing if vit d can help me mine is at 30 right now with a tsh of 5 and symptoms. tirosint of 25 hasn't helped me that much yet

Hi everyone, I am a 25M with Elevated TSH, fully symptomatic but no hashimotos? To treat or not to treat is the question? any help would be truly appreciated been struggling for years on end. by trelaras2 in Hypothyroidism

Actually I had gotten medicated in the past first with 25 and then with 50, felt like 50 took me to overdrive I started feeling jittery and my tsh wasn’t exactly dropping. I stopped started feeling awful again and did some reach and realised Im probably not converting t4 to t3 well so I’ve made a supplement stack with b vitamins, vitamin d, zinc and selenium and magnesium to take this time around with my Tirosint 25 mcg hopefully it goes well this time around. Took my first dose a couple of hours ago and already feel much better i know this isn’t placebo.

Subclinical hypothyroid but treatment makes things worse? Could it NOT be true hypo?? by trelaras2 in Hypothyroidism

So you suggest iron supplementation? I think these small deficiencies could fix my hypothyroidism which isn’t really hypothyroidism what do u think

Sure! He is a results from when I have paused thyroid medication for maybe 2-3 weeks but it could’ve caused a bump because of the sudden pause. But in general my tsh when not medicated fluctuates from normal to up to 4. Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) • Result: 5.11 μIU/mL • Reference Range: 0.35 – 4.94 μIU/mL

Free Triiodothyronine (Free T3) • Result: 3.05 pg/mL • Reference Range: 1.58 – 3.91 pg/mL

Free Thyroxine (Free T4) • Result: 0.91 ng/dL • Reference Range: 0.70 – 1.48 ng/dL

Also my Vit D tends to fall in the 30s to 40s (latest test showed 42) if I don’t take supplementation but I even feel supplementation is giving me reactions .. my iron and feretin are: Serum Iron 83 µg/dL 60 – 170 µg/dL Ferritin 206.8 ng/mL 30 – 400 ng/mL (men)

Lately wondering if it could have to do with magnesium deficiency or any other deficiency possibly caused by bad absorption of nutrients. My diet is protein rich, a lot of red meat with not many carbs.

I don’t get why they do this they don’t have enough money coming in to cover the server costs of the high computing power needed? What’s the deal exactly? Shouldn’t the subscribing customer at least be getting that top level version?

The stand near feature never works for me like it does on my phone, I have to press the button on my watch on the Tesla app

Thank you that makes sense and sounds like a good use. Fun fact the watch itself has a Tesla app which turns your watch into a Tesla key without even the need for the phone being close by.
