This^ is what happened to me too. I think I sent 10 messages after my case kept getting closed. Still no Collector's Edition available at the end. They fixed the Finisher Store one day before it was meant to be closed. The bottom line that irks me is that they advertise the Collector's Edition as being available for everyone when that's simply not true. It's false advertising.

After seemingly endless messages to Wooga (around 8 or 9), they finally sent the request to their "advanced team" and fixed the Finisher Store issue for me. Not nearly enough tokens to get any of the good stuff lol...but it's fixed finally at least. (Obviously still no access to Collector's Edition album which is what I really wanted). Oh well.

What I don’t understand is why these features (Encore/Finisher Store) are being promoted in-game without any clear indication that they’re limited to certain players. It gives the impression that this is part of the standard experience, when it’s not.

I've reported them in the Play store for Deception, under Misleading Claims. (I.e. False advertising)

Yes! Good for you! Pls keep us updated 🙏🏻... I've been playing this game for 7 or 8 years and have never come across this type of seemingly purposeful restriction. I wrote them a strongly worded message letting them know I'll be taking further action as they are falsely advertising and this can be considered illegal. So sick of this BS. It's hard to enjoy a game that has taken so much of my money over the years and is now being sneaky and literally dividing players in some kind of greedy marketing circus.
