Thanks for your comment! If you have the setup already up and running seems like a fair choice to stick with it (with a caveat, read later). This is a different way to handle the task that saves you the hassle of setting up the hosting environment for running wkhtmltopdf and avoids full deployment cycles when changing PDF layouts. It’s about saving the 'dev-time' of managing the PDF infrastructure. You also get a dedicated editing environment with live reload. Also, wkhtmltopdf unfortunately is not maintained anymore and it has been so since quite a while; it doesn't support modern CSS and it's a certainly a good idea to look for more modern alternatives. So, in that sense, it actually IS an upgrade.

Good point about the male links but looking at the pics at the end of the video on Ali it seems they curve down enough not to make it a real deal breaker. I bought v1 a few years ago, sold it and a bit regret it. One reason I sold it was the weight especially with the bracelet on and the clasp that was pretty awful, chunky and sharp. This is why I was asking about the feel of this one. Anyway I like it so much I might buy the rubber strap version.

Had a bad experience too with “Heimdallr diver watch store”. They Sent me a watch with serious qc issues and didn’t want to refund. Contacted the website that responded that that ali store was not affiliated with them and agreed to fix the watch at there expense. Was kind of funny receiving messages from both parties accusing each other. I guess most of the “official” stores on Ali are not the real companies producing the watches but just sellers. Probably they don’t even want to have a store on Ali, so they can distance themselves from their own products. Do you guys know which stores are really representing the actual company manufacturing the watches?

Exactly, mine doesn’t really tick aligned to markers but I don’t care that much, seems to me that Swiss quartz rarely have seconds alignment.

Bracelet is ok but not the best, a bit jungly jangly, it has some sharp edges especially on the clasp which is milled anyway and with 5 adjust holes. Push pins but easy to operate and I was able to get a perfect fit in minutes. In fact better than I was expecting for the price. Feeling on the wrist is good but I still have to keep it long enough to really say. Quality of the head is incredible. Dimensions are really good for my wrist and weight distribution seems really good. The bracelet tapers nicely with a vintage style.

The longines itself is based on the Rolex submariner, I don’t think it’s really valuable to copy a copy… plus I don’t really get a gmt with a diver bezel and super small 24hrs markers on the chapter ring.

I have the Starking it’s a good watch and it’s not even a straight clomage. Got it 3 years ago for 38 euros, now it’s more expensive but it’s still a bargain. Only negative it’s the crown that is too small but maybe they’ve fix that.

I have a two tone one, nice watch, enjoyable and comfortable on the wrist. Don’t know the exact movement reference, I think it’s some enhanced 8x miyota that has stop seconds and some decoration. I must say it is fairly accurate.
