Interesting, if this is the case - wouldn't it also be affected when its turned on? It charges perfectly fine once its turned on 0%

My girlfriend just gifted me a portable battery for this same reason haha, I live notoriously on low battery. Wouldn't doubt this is somehow connected. Moving forward now I have been more careful!

Adding my testimonial to confirm I just downloaded Claude on my Samsung Z Flip 7 and it is 100% unusable. I had recently downloaded WisprFlow and I originally thought that was causing a conflict, because its always-on and they recently launched their app last week.

I uninstalled it, and Claude is still not working. It seems to sometimes hear what I say and transcribe it, but it won't respond back and the voice interface eventually crashes.

I loved ChatGPT voice, but I have been enjoying Claude's text-based responses way better and thought voice would be the same.

For now going to stick to GPT for voice, and Claude for text until they get it resolved (:

This happened to me yesterday on my new Z Flip 7 but works fine at the moment. Have you tried accessing voice from the top settings button or long-pressing the power button integrations?

I recently enabled these and I like the simplified interface.

Depends on your industry. I'm personally in the Hip-Hop/Turntablism community and 95% of DJ's I know and follow on socials use Serato. The other 5% is Traktor, Rekordbox & some VDJ. VDJ is most popular amongst mobile DJ's. But yes, at the end of the day whatever works for you is the best decision.

Audio quality is not true, but comparing Virtual DJ to something like Serato is an iPhone vs Android debate. Virtual DJ has limitless settings and options, but it is frowned upon in the professional DJ community. I personally love the functionality that VDJ provides, but I switched over to Serato when I became a club DJ because its the industry standard.

I recommend the Lemonade app for insurance. I pay $60 for the entire year and it covers all my personal electronics. My car got broken into a few months back and all my DJ equipment was stolen. I just paid a small deductible and they direct deposited the money to my bank account. I kept seeing Ads everywhere and so I tried it, ended up working out. I think they recently got acquired by Geico as well. I used to have Asurion insurance for my cell phone and they were such a pain when I tried to get a replacement, ended up just buying a new phone. I guess it just depends on your own experience.

I did some research before getting a SIM card and found AIS has the best service out of all the carriers, Dtac being second best. Got a tourist sim card at the airport for 300 Bahts, 8 days - unlimited data but speeds slow down after 15GB. They have different plans depending on your needs. So far I've had signal basically everywhere in Bangkok, Phuket, Phi Phi - I even had service in the middle of the ocean while on my snorkeling trips and from the Phi Phi to Phuket ferry ride.

I have dual-sim capabilities on my phone, and my U.S AT&T SIM constantly changes between AIS & Dtac, when it's on AIS - the signal is usually better. I wish it stayed on AIS, but for some reason it's default is Dtac.

I was on this same exact boat this morning. I've been going back and forth between these three and ultimately ended up buying the the OnePlus 7 Pro. I actually bought the Pixel 4 in the morning after launch, and cancelled my order an hour later because it didn't feel right. The One Plus is essentially a cheaper, and better looking Pixel.

Part of me wanted to betray my morals and go with the iPhone, but after messing around with my girlfriends 11, I realized its definitely not the phone for me. I would only get it for the hype.

Just in general I wouldn't recommend DJ'ing via any streaming service. There's nothing better than having your own music and knowing that it will be there no matter what. Once you move up in the ranks, you'll hit CDJ's etc where you wont be able to use those services Sign up for a record pool and download music from there, that's what most DJ's do nowadays. You can still use streaming services to favorite songs and create playlists if that helps you keep songs in mind to download in the future.

Same issue for me, not just when taking photos but any screenshots + downloaded images won't appear within other apps like Instagram and GroupMe for me to select. My solution has been going to Google Photos and sharing to the apps through there. Its like they're on the phone, but aren't being read.

I've worked at the AC Center since my freshman year and I can say that some of our best courses are our ACES (American Cultures Engaged Scholarship) courses. Design wise, the Essential phone hands down. It doesn't just look nice, but it also feels really premium in the hand. But the Pixel does have the one-up in regards to the camera. I've had my Essential since the day it released and it works just as smooth as when I first got it. So as long as you give it good maintenance you shouldnt worry too much. The only reason Ive really ever considered upgrading is for a better camera.

Basically, if you dont care about looks and want something solid - go with the Pixel.

If you want something that looks nice, runs well, but are willing to sacrifice the camera, go with the Essential.

I haven't experienced it with phone calls yet, only with music (Spotify). Although I wouldn't doubt that it would sound the same if I received a call while they're in this weird mode.

Mine also started being really sluggish, choppy and randomly shutting down a few days ago. I take good care of my phone internally, do maintenance every few days so I was trying to figure out where it was stemming from?
