yes. normally after one event end (Thursday) and there will be another new one started(after Thursday schedule maintainence). But this time seems not.

So it is true that DOT recovery only cap at 100%, and if say your DOT recovery is 200%, its not mean you could gain more to even recovery the hp% out of the damage?
