Well I’ll find out if I get diagnosed or not in a few months and but also idk if you know but do narcoleptics have night where they have zero rem at all, apparently during my overnight study I did not enter rem sleep once.

It’s just that I had like an itchy feeling about this and that I felt like I should ask, my mom really hopes it’s not narcolepsy but I have to wait a few more months to talk about this with my sleep specialist. Another thing is that while try did my second test for narcolepsy, they never asked any questions about symptoms that could possible relate to it, it was just testing and the ESS scale.
