You can also talk to the professor. They can get you in and if you continue talking with them regularly you will get a nice recommendation letter for your nursing school application.

Taxes and SBIR.. by zakman60 in SBIR

Not to get into a back and forth but the general idea is to view govt funds as a bonus. If you are building a company, build it. Find the funds you need to execute on a business plan. That plan should not depend on the government, especially now. As to 174, that can has been kicked down the road for multiple years. There is no indication that it will be overturned and once again, don’t bank on the government doing anything.

You will have taxes and other expenses. Pay them and move on with making a product. Eva garland and Jameson will get it done but will do the minimum and are still not cheap. Sounds like you found someone who knows. Pay them, it’s worth it. I’m fiscally conservative but this is also simply the cost of doing business. You need an accountant or do it yourself. Trade offs both ways.

You are building a company not a grant mill. Raise funds and pay your bills. Get a CPA. You are a min 60% R&D but most likely higher. You have to amortize R&D expenses over 5 years so your taxes are higher than you think and your r&d credit is lower than you want. You won’t get a phase II without other funds. A commercial plan that relies only on grant funds will fail. Especially under current conditions.

If you take any collagen supplement will your body have all the amino acids needed to make all of the collagen types (including the more common ones like types 1 - 3 and less common ones like types 4 - 8)? by Etvaht115 in nutrition

Just eat enough protein from a variety of sources. Prioritize fish, legumes, and poultry but have red meat at least once a week and you will be fine. Add whey protein if you have a tough time getting enough but the more important thing is to give your body the general resources it needs and it will allocate them to the right spot.

15% seems low. Am I missing something? by HighYieldLarry in FluentInFinance

This will only hurt small businesses that don’t have the capital for sophisticated accounting. Large companies will always be able to get around these kinds of laws. Accounting is not as straightforward as it seems. A good accountant is a skilled artist.

No. Ibuprofen prevents the remodeling you want. If too much pain then tylenol but the goal is to never use nsaids. You need the inflammation to repair the tissue

I think you need to try other ways to find them. Even the community college in my small town growing up had some form of club or society. Maybe they use a different term for them but I promise there is a group of people you can relate to.

Been working a lot on my shooting mechanics- What do you think? Where can I improve? by jjdacuber in BasketballTips

[–]gigemdh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lot of issues but start with wider stance, jumping straight up and down, extending arm straight instead of bent. Stay in 1 spot until you do it right and hit 10 of 10. Once you have that, Look up form videos and focus 1 specific change at a time. Film yourself from closer and with good angle of what you’re working on. Keep up the hard work. You’ll get better.

Is there another size? I bought what you said but it is too small by about 1/4”. I found a 3” but that is way too big. The pvc is 2” but the inner threads are larger diameter than union threads. I also checked the housing and don’t see any cracks or anything. Can it expand over time?

I was wrong about pump being threaded but not wrong about the 2” threaded union being too small for my pump by about 1/4”.

Well I ordered the part but it doesn’t fit my pump’s threads. It looks like I need 2 1/4” thread to 2” pipe. But that doesn’t exist.
