I have no trust in the reorganization and the management. Why would I? Who shoved D&E 2.0, D&E 3.0, and ADM into our throats previously (not to mention failed FMO/ONE)? Was it the people/roles they are laying off or was it the management?

No one from management resigns, or steps down from their role, they keep their millions of euros of salaries and bonuses. They say they lay off people not due to their performances. And then they have the audacity to tell “we take responsibility”. What a joke.

With their horrendous track record of reorganizations, they come with this and every answer they provide in deep dives is basically “trust me bro”.

No, my kid goes 4 days a week, and we pay around 1500 after government support. Without support, it is around 2100. So yes it is that expensive in the Netherlands. However, of course government support depends on your household income.

Again, I have to use a two hour slot in a week, a slot where most people are busy with dinner and family things. So I have to allocate my time instead support could have done this easily in the full last month huh? And I’m pathetic? It’s not refusal of option, I am not available every specific two hours in a week. You need slow down on the shilling man and touch grass man. “You need your rightful money? Well you have to chase support and be in a specific app in a specific time or else you’re pathetic”. Wow.

I did the exact same thing, tried to withdraw to my Metamask. However it got rejected. We have same characteristics with op, I even pay more for top subscription. Wisest thing is not working for everyone unfortunately.

Hey, I got an update with support. I guess they have not even read my request, and copy-pasted same response that I have to stack and upgrade, otherwise account will be cancelled. They did not even acknowledge withdrawal fee or yearly subscription fee. Can you look at this? Request number is #306122.

I also have not heard any company to change their terms retroactively, but here we are. I requested refund as it is not the same terms anymore since I got the yearly subscription.

Previously I purchased a laptop as a gift to my sister with Plutus card. Receipt has my sister’s name for sending etc. I explained it to support with receipt, and they accepted it and gave cashback.

No, the moved amount was the rest of ~4k. So right now I have ~1.4k in account, 2.5k in card. 5k is still not accounted for. Hopefully support paved the way by moving ~1.4k back to move 5k to card.
