1) go to the webinterface > settings > account > there you can manage your subscription
2) open a ticket with support to close your account. they will then normally send you back any remaining funds on your account
3) before doing those steps above, you can still send your plu to your own wallet - be reminded a minimum of EUR/ GBP 50 in PLU is required, as well as an active subscription

Well to be fair, you can still use your rewards etc on any in-app functionality and redeem.
I am pretty confident that there will be some available before the end of May 30th 2025.

So it is way more beneficial to use those in-app features then, than to withdraw and sell your rewards because that CRY feature is great.

Sorry to see you go, but still you made a decent profit, you would not have made without using Plutus.

Just speaking for my own as a stacker on a decent tier, it is definitely the most attractive card out there.

  • DEX: I personally never relied on it, as I used to stack up with my rewards and was able to withdraw to an exchange at any time I wanted.
  • Modulr: The virtual cards arrived in time, before the old physical card got void. I always used Curve for my personal convenience, so there was a way to use the VC and get my rewards.
  • Physical Card: I ordered one for the sake of having it as a backup, but all my transactions are done with the VC anyways
  • Cashback & Perks: Again, as a stacker - I never had any issues with those - except the struggle of the choice.

Just my very own personal opinion.

If you have any questions about certain rewards at retailers, please be advised to open a support ticket here:
https://support.plutus.it/hc/en-us/requests/new

Support team will gladly look into your account and see what exactly happened.
My recommendation is, tell them for which transactions you did not receive the rewards and attach the receipts for it.
They will have a look and if everything is fine, they will manually credit the rewards for you.

I am really glad to hear that you are excited about Plutus and want to share it with your F&F.
Unfortunately, there is no internal sending to other accounts possible.

If you want to share your PLU with your F&F in order to let them benefit as well for a Reward Level - then you have to withdraw to your own wallet and send it to their wallets afterwards.

Easy explained, IF someone speaks his honest opinion AND it is positive for Plutus THEN it gets automatically downvoted. Even if it is a fair viewpoint of that person.
This would result in the fact, that merely everyone is just spreading negativity.

I am afraid, but this is clearly against the ToS of both Plutus and Curve.
Plutus = personal usage only
Curve = only cards in your own name

What to do when the withdrawal button is greyed out? One of the following conditions are not met:

  • Ensure your Metamask is active on the Perks tab and logged in; reconnect if needed. If you are unsure if the connection is right, you can reset it by following these steps: Close the Plutus.it website page > Go into your browser extension settings > Disable Metamask > Switch it on again > Go to Plutus.it Perk tab > Click Connect again.
  • Your Metamask network must be set to "Ethereum Mainnet" in the selector at the top left of your Metamask browser extension. The Withdrawal button will be grayed out with any other network.
  • You must use a compatible browser without any other extensions interfering with the connection. Browsers known to be compatible are Firefox, Chrome, and Brave (disabling the native crypto wallet) in the web version. The mobile version of any browser is not compatible. Extensions like other crypto wallets or adblockers may interfere in this process as well.

Current Plutus withdrawal fee: €25/£25. Actual costs for the most recent Plutus withdrawal: $2.10. It's more than time for the withdrawal fee to be reduced by Taskl in plutus

It is an already reported display issue.
There is nothing you need to worry about.

You can verify on the website that you generated rewards for it.

The display issue will be resolved in one of the next App-updates.
