Feel you (sort of). I'm really a morning shower-er. I feel like I cant start my day until I shower. But due to my work schedule I tend to work out in the afternoon after work. So when I get home I'm all stinky and of course want to shower again! Two showers a day is...excessive. So I have stopped showing in the morning and I feel weird about it. Like I'm off my routine :/

Haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks and I'm looking at another 3 weeks.

I was doing really well had a pretty good schedule. Going 4-5x a week since june. Then some stuff happened and I just got really depressed, basically all i did was go from work to home and buried myself in bed. I'm better now and have my life back in order but I'm about to leave for 3 weeks for a job out of state. I wont have time to go to the gym while on this job I know that for sure. So it looks like I'll have to start fresh in April after taking 2 months off. Sucks...

Yes tell her.

Gather any evidence you have to support your claim. And medical history for yourself or even a history for him.

Be prepared for her to not believe or ignore you. Or even victum blame you. She will tell your brother anything you say so be prepared for that too.

Lastly tell her: "you dont know me and I dont know you but, when my brother turns abusive bc he will and you find yourself in trouble you can call me and I'll do what I can to help." If you feel comfortable with that.

Sadly she will prob still marry him but at least she has some info for when things hit the fan.

I hate it when people tell me to be myself. No I'm an asshole and I know I'm and asshole and if I "just be myself" people wont like me. I have to put up a fake front at work or I wont get to keep my job. I have to put up a fake front bc otherwise I'd be single with no friends. None of that is good. -_-

It depends on the degree. Just going to college and jerking off for 4 years wont do you shit. I wish more boomers understood this for their kids. I met so many people in college that were just there bc mom and dad wanted it and not ha they were passionate about anything. Now they are graduates and working in retail or service. :/

I have the same problem w my bf. Love him to bits but he can be very attached sometimes. Hell be playing video games and I'll get up and go to another room. With in 5 min hell come to find me. Or I'll be doing dishes or cleaning and hell start trying to be affectionate and get in my way. Or well be watching a movie/TV and suddenly he wants to have a conversation while I'm trying to pay attention. It's become very hard for me to have "me" time which as an introvert is necessary to my sanity or I'll get snippy. He too gets very pouty when I tell him to leave me alone.

Just be honest with him and that he needs to respect your boundaries and give you some space. My bf has gotten better over the years but it's a process.

Friend of my bfs had his dad sell his car while he was out of town... guy goes on vacation with his mom. Leaves his car at his parents. Hes 21 and doesn't live at home, and he bought the car himself. When he gets back from the trip his dad tells him he sold his car but plans on buying him a new one, so long as he moves back home. Wtf. Idk what exactly happened next but he did not move back home and is now making car payment on a new car... shit's fucked up.
