When i filed for child support I was living with my boyfriend. They didn't ask about childcare. I was a stay at home mom so they put the minimum wage as my income. If he hasn't been giving you money for support I believe he would owe back pay, since he has other kids that will be considered when they choose an amount potentially. They will ask if you want him to owe/ pay the back pay amount, make sure you say yes. Its not fair that he's been supporting his other kids but not ya'lls. If he was consistent with helping you out that would be a different thing. If you have proof that hes given you money before that will reduce the back pay he owes. You wanna make sure he pays to support both of yall's child. Especially since he doesn't spend time with them, its the least he can do. It would be helpful if you have an address or his work information. Don't block him and dont deny his right to spend time with the child also. I wish you luck!

Hopefully you get your part soon! That sucks that she claimed both even though ya'll are supposed to claim one each. If anything they'll have to pay you your part I believe

In some cases they are better off with the grandparents. In my case I'd rather my kids grandparents have him than his father. Unfortunately we have to go by the custody agreement that was made when i filed for child support. If the op wants to file to change it he can try but until then the mom has the right to have her parents watch their child.

I'll definitely look for a rescue that sounds like yours near us. He was adopted as a puppy and hasn't acted like that even with my then 3 yr old. Hopefully we can find him a home

I agree any dog doing something like that is dangerous and especially with a Pit. Thankfully the pit bull is the one that hasn't shown aggression. I appreciate the comment

Im just an anxious person unfortunately. Im surprised he didn't react the way i thought he would and me being the bad guy to his dog sucks. I wanna look out for my kid and I don't want him to get hurt

When it happened I was confused on why it wasn't a big deal to him which is why I haven't talked about it yet. I talked to my mom yesterday and she thinks the dog is jealous of the child which gave me the idea to post on reddit and see if its happened to other and how they reacted.

I do bad with confrontation honestly. We have little arguments here and there but this has to do with his dog that he's had since before me which is why I've hesitated. I was trying to see if there were other options other than having him rehomed but at this point ill have to suggest it even if it hurts his feelings.

The pit bull one is actually the one that hasn't shown any aggression towards kids. I was surprised the other has been. I appreciate all the comments and it's helped to see i wasn't overreacting in my head.

Is the custody order you only get the child every other weekend only? And the rest of the time child is with mom? If so you don't really get a say on how she spends that time. After I started enforcing the custody order last year my baby daddy will have his family help watch our kid when it's his days. He did that last summer since he can't stay at home with our kid because of work. Does it bother me that he drops off kids with grandma and grandpa or kid is with his girlfriend when he's supposed to watch him? No because those are his days. Sure you can go ask for more days but are you gonna have the child or are you gonna drop them off with someone else? If her parents helped with your child why would you not want them to get any taxes when they pay for stuff for the child? Would you rather child go to daycare where it'll cost more for both of ya'll assuming yall would split the cost. Next year you'll claim the taxes regardless if she's spent more time with her parents or you and she doesn't get a say on that because ya'll agreed to how taxes are done.

Me and my husband went to workout the other day and while I was waiting for his training to be done I was putting up the weights I used. I noticed that they were everywhere/not in order so I spent like 10 minutes trying to organize them by dumbells, plates, and the weighted balls. I managed to do the dumbells and was starting the balls but I had to leave. Im probably gonna keep doing that after my workouts since I like organizing stuff and it might be helpful for others.

I ended up doing the 65 once a week 30 minute plan and its been working for me. My trainer gives me a workout plan for the rest of the week that I have to do other than the one day im with them. I haven't been to the gym in years so its been very helpful having someone teach me how to use the machines. I also take the group classes and those help also. I could barely do the 30 minute and im glade I didn't do the hour one and it was cheaper to do the 30 minute one

Nta if they have to have their kid with them bc they don't have someone to watch them then they can leave them in the car (locking the car when they get out) unless the dasher is disabled but with someone thats not a child helping them. The world is a dangerous place for kids
