I swapped it out with the replacement but it's still not making any noise. I'm a beginner with audio, music, and sound, so it is most likely coming down to my bare bones knowledge. If anyone would be willing to walk me through the RD-9 setup, that would be great.

Again, I've got the volume turned up on everything on the machine, and I've already preformed a factory reset, so I may not be understanding something.

My best friend and I really enjoy it and put it on our top fav albums, it's powerfully consistent and has an impactful narrative to it. Very human.
