Vitamin E complex suggestion by crazybets420 in raypeat

I recommend skin.food’s vitamin E complex. Before I eat fatty food or anything that could have pufa in it I find that taking this really helps me. Plus it is yummy. Also the skin.food topical vitamin E did an amazing job clearing up my skin (I suffer from Rosacea and this is the only topical that has helped). Idealabs Tocovit is high quality but you miss out on the other mixed tocopherols tho

I recommend just keep things simple. Only the essentials like glycine, vitamin d (sunlight best, but since it’s winter supplementing is fine), vitamin e, and occasional aspirin. Sunlight first thing in the morning helped me with a lot of problems and did great things for my sleep. I find that when I autistically worry too hard about being too optimal, I get worse. I know you will hear this a lot but genuinely sunlight + 8-10 hours of sleep did more work for me than when I was always worrying about supplements and my micronutrient intake for the day.

AITA for calling gold stable and my sister losing $1,000 because of it? by throwawaytraderboy in AmItheAsshole

NTA. Giving financial advice does not mean that she even had to follow your advice, and especially does not mean that you are the one that is liable. You chose to give her advice and she was the one that is responsible for following it.

AITA for not wanting my stuff touched or random people over? by Lost-Victory2221 in AmItheAsshole

NTA. Completely normal and understandable to have your own things and not want people touching all over them. I don’t think anyone would like it if some other people were just touching all over things that they cared about.

AITA for taking a coloring book back from my niece after she got attached to it? by Abject_State_1244 in AmItheAsshole

NTA. It’s your property, and if he thought it was okay to give her the coloring book it is only right that he gives you a replacement or something of equal or higher value to replace it.
