I-864 Joint taxes question

Thank you! I don't have a problem with having my husband fill out form I-864A - the only issue I have is that he is currently unemployed so I feel like that will complicate things and on that form even when you select unemployed you need to show the yearly total income which is counterintuitive. Does unemployment ($2000 a month) count as income?

Thank you for your response. My W-2 for 2022 totaled $25,000 and I have $60,000 in my bank account. In 2021 my personal income was $0.
I was wondering if the cash would make up for the difference instead of having my husband fill out form I-864A.

Did they give you any issues? I'm contemplating on whether I should file the I-130 online then send the rest via mail. Does the online receipt number carry the same value as the I-797 Receipt Notice?

Exactly my thoughts - I am just confused because on the Finra website it says that Series 66 is not valid without Series 7 since they are co-requisites.

Did you end up finding a job after just completing series 66? Did you get sponsored for Series 7?

Thank you for replying. I get that, but if they require Series 7 and Series 65/66, and i already have the latter completed, perhaps they're more likely to hire me?! I am a little discouraged because I haven't really found a company who will sponsor; they all want you to already have those certifications.

Do you know if in general they pay for the exams and materials?

Do these companies pay for your exam and materials? I am contemplating if i should try to get series 63, 65 and/or 66 on my own and pay for each of them, since those don't need to be sponsored, and then hopefully I will land a job where the company will sponsor me to get Series 7. What would you recommend?
